Parents should call, email or process an absence in Infinite Campus the morning of the absence, prior to 8:30 am.

Need to Report an Absence
This MEMO was sent to Fleetwood Families on 8/22 regarding the new process for submitting absences.
Absences, late arrivals, and early dismissals are able to be submitted directly through the Parent Portal. Once signed in to the Parent Portal, click "More" and then "Absence Requests."
At this time, notes from a doctor, or similar documents, are not able to be uploaded. Please simply send these documents in with your student(s).
When picking up your child early from school, please remember to BRING YOUR ID!
What is a Lawful Absence?
- Sickness
- A student is allowed only 10 parent notes per school year.
- Medical Note from Doctor
- Religious Holiday
- Death in the Family/Funeral
- Court Appearance
- Take your child to work day
- Doctor Appointment
- Educational Field Trip
- College Tours or Visit
- Armed Services Recruitment Meetings or Testing
- Others as identified in the student handbook
Unlawful (Unexcused) Absences:
1. Truancy (skipping school)
2. Parental neglect
3. Missing the bus
4. Oversleeping
5. Illegal employment
6. Unauthorized vacations or trips
● Students arriving at school after 10:30 A.M. will be issued a half-day absence.
