If your student plans to be absent for a college visit, that is no more than 2 days, please fill out an absence request via the parent portal.  This will be processed as "college visit" lawful absence.  College visits that are 3 days or more days, will be considered an educational trip and the process mentioned above, will need to be completed.

  • If you have not updated the yearly digital paperwork (emergency contacts, health form, etc.) for your student, please click HERE to access the instructions. This process replaces the traditional beginning-of-year paperwork and allows you to update important information such as health records, emergency contacts, and more.

To ONLY update your contacts within Infinite Campus, please click on " how to update  ".

Need to Report an Absence?

Absences, late arrivals, and early dismissals are able to be submitted directly through the Parent Portal. Once signed in to the Parent Portal, click "More" and then "Absence Requests."

Notes from a doctor, or similar documents, are now able to be uploaded right on the app.  Therefore, no need to send it in with your child.  If the file is too large to be updated, you can take a picture of it and email the office at hsattendance@fleetwoodasd.org
