The Practical Arts Department is composed of several subject areas: Business, Communications & Media, Family & Consumer Sciences, and Technology & Engineering Education. Courses in these areas include Business & Personal Law, Accounting, Financial Literacy, Sports & Entertainment Managing/Marketing, TV Media, Filmmaking, Holocaust courses, Conspiracy Theories, Healthy Eating, Culinary Essentials, International Foods, Woodworking, Metalworking, Introduction to Electricity, Digital Imaging, CAD, and Architecture.
